ROC 365303 Spray-Applied Only 10-Year Warranty Sherwin-Williams
01 · The Work

A spray finish, not a brush-and-roll.

Your kitchen cabinets are the most visible surface in your home. When they look dated, worn, or yellowed, the entire room feels tired — no matter how clean the rest of the space is. Cabinet painting transforms existing cabinets with a smooth, durable, spray-applied finish that looks and feels like new factory cabinets at a fraction of replacement cost.

We don’t brush or roll cabinets. Every project is sprayed using professional Sherwin-Williams ProClassic Alkyd or Emerald Urethane Trim Enamel — coatings engineered for cabinetry hardness, chemical resistance, and a glass-smooth self-leveling result. No brush marks, no roller stipple, no orange peel.

Doors and drawer fronts are removed, labeled, and sprayed off-site in a controlled environment. Boxes are masked and sprayed in place. Every project ends with a final walkthrough and a written 10-year workmanship warranty in your hand.

02 · Paint vs Replace

Before you spend $20,000 on new cabinets.

If your cabinet boxes are structurally sound, painting delivers 80–90% of the visual impact at 20–30% of the cost — without demolition, without weeks of construction, without new countertops or plumbing.

Cabinet Replacement
$15,000 – $30,000+
  • 4–8 week timeline
  • Kitchen unusable during install
  • Demolition dust & debris
  • Often triggers countertop/plumbing rework
  • Hidden costs add up fast
Professional Cabinet Painting
$3,000 – $8,000
  • 5–8 day timeline
  • Kitchen functional most of the process
  • No demolition or construction
  • Factory-smooth spray finish
  • 10-year written warranty
03 · The Process

Eight steps to a factory finish.

Same rigorous workflow on every project. Skipping any one of these steps is why most cheap cabinet jobs peel within a year.

1

In-Home Consultation

We assess your cabinets, discuss color options, evaluate the existing finish, and provide a detailed written estimate. Pricing is based on door count, box condition, and finish type.

2

Door & Drawer Removal

Doors, drawer fronts, and hardware are carefully labeled and removed. Hinges and pulls are cataloged so everything returns to its exact original position.

3

Degreasing & Cleaning

Years of cooking grease, oils, and grime are removed with professional degreasing agents. Critical for adhesion — paint will not bond to contaminated surfaces.

4

Sanding & Repair

Every surface is sanded to create a mechanical bond profile. Dings, dents, and imperfections are filled and smoothed before any primer goes on.

5

Bonding Primer

A high-adhesion bonding primer is spray-applied to all surfaces. This is the foundation of a finish that resists chipping and peeling for years.

6

Spray-Applied Topcoat

Two coats of Sherwin-Williams ProClassic or Emerald Urethane sprayed for a glass-smooth factory finish. No brush marks, no roller stipple, no orange peel.

7

Curing & Reassembly

Doors cure 24–48 hours to reach full hardness before reinstall. We rehang doors, reinstall hardware, and adjust alignment so everything closes perfectly.

8

Final Walkthrough

We inspect every door, drawer, and surface with you, verify quality meets standards, and hand over your written 10-year workmanship warranty.

07 · Common Questions

Questions Phoenix homeowners ask.

How long does cabinet painting take?
A typical kitchen takes 5 to 8 working days from door removal to final reinstallation. This includes degreasing, sanding, priming, spray application of two topcoats, curing time, and reassembly. We provide a clear written timeline before starting.
How much does cabinet painting cost in Phoenix?
Phoenix cabinet painting costs depend on the number of doors and drawers, cabinet condition, and finish selected. Most kitchens range from $3,000 to $8,000. This is roughly 70 to 80 percent less than full cabinet replacement. We provide free detailed estimates with transparent line-item pricing.
Can I use my kitchen during the project?
Yes, for most of the process. Doors and drawer fronts are removed and sprayed off-site. Cabinet boxes are masked and sprayed in place — usually a 1–2 day window where the kitchen is partially restricted. Countertops, sink, and appliances stay accessible the rest of the time.
What type of paint do you use?
We use Sherwin-Williams ProClassic Alkyd or Emerald Urethane Trim Enamel — both formulated specifically for cabinetry. These coatings provide excellent hardness, chemical resistance, and a smooth self-leveling finish. We spray-apply all cabinet coatings for a factory-quality result.
Will painted cabinets chip or peel?
Not when properly prepared and coated. Our multi-step process — degreasing, sanding, bonding primer, and two spray-applied topcoats — creates a finish system designed to withstand daily kitchen use. Every project is backed by a 10-year written workmanship warranty.
Do you paint cabinet interiors?
We paint exterior faces, edges, and visible interior edges of cabinet boxes as standard. Full interior painting is available as an add-on if you want the inside of your cabinets refreshed too — most clients skip this since interiors aren’t visible when doors are closed.
Can you change the color of my cabinets?
Absolutely. Color changes are one of the most popular cabinet painting requests. We can take dark stained oak to bright white, honey maple to modern gray, or any color combination you choose. We help with color selection during the in-home consultation.
Do I have to remove my dishes and pantry items?
You only need to clear items inside cabinets that we’re spraying interiors on. For exterior-only refinishing, contents stay in place — we just protect surrounding surfaces with masking and plastic sheeting before spraying boxes.
